Usually once a day I get a bsod of irql_not_less_or_equal. Almost certain it has to do with my Netgear wireless driver. Each time I get the bsod, I have to re install the Netgear driver to get access to the internet once again. I have used the most up to date drivers before, but I will still get the same bsod message within a few days. It just prolongs the inevitable. When I sign in, I have to re install the drivers from the CD it came with when I purchased it. I got tired of it today and finally looking for help.

Avast is the cause of your BSOD. Please remove it with avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal then enable Windows Defender. Turn Windows Defender on or off

So that made the bsod go away. Thanks for that. Recently, the screen has been going black. I can do Alt+Tab to see what programs are up and running but can't view any of them. Not sure if that would give anyone an idea of what is wrong. I just got home from work and want to assume that I had another bsod. The driver had to be re installed once again to gain internet access and it was shut down like my past experiences. I did the SF Diagnostics tool again and uploaded that with this post. Thanks in advance.
EDIT:SF tool wasn't finished. Completed one now attached as bison su1 (3).zip

Sorry for the delay in responding, I no longer have access to the internet from home and hardly have time for EF BSOD's at work.
I am requesting a senior analyst to take a look at your thread.

Black screen errors aren't unusual after stopping a BSOD. Unfortunately they are very, very difficult to fix without wiping the computer and starting over. I've spent weeks troubleshooting them only to give up in the end. Now (at work), we try system restore and then suggest that we wipe the system (we can't afford to spend weeks on trying to fix it, and the owner doesn't want to be without their system for weeks either).

In short, it's your call when/if you decide to give up on troubleshooting and reinstall the computer. Just let us know if you decide this and we'll transition to this process: Canned Speeches

That being said, here we go!........

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

You have a NETGEAR WNA3100 N300 Wireless USB Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win7/Win8 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7(and I suspect with Win8) - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Also, I suspect the outdated Razer driver listed below, please be sure to update that to the latest, Win8 compatible version. Update the other drivers also, but the Razer one is a huge concern IMO.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If the Black Screens persist after these updates, please submit another set of reports (so I can try to find the errors caused by the freezing). Right now the most prevalent error in the event viewer logs is error 1450 (insufficient system resources exist to complete this action).

Further suggestions are:
- hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
- monitoring the resources using Task Manager...Performance tab
- provide a new set of reports after doing my suggestions from above
- provide this info in addition to the fresh copy of the reports:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Good luck!
