Hi everyone, I don't know if this is posted on the right place, if it isn't tell me please.
So, I was busy on my computer with windows 8 on it and some programs got stuck and I couldn't close them anymore.
So, I pressed the off button and kept pressing it 'till my laptop turned off.
Now, I restart it and everything is gone, all my applications are gone, I can't find anything, I can't even access my Desktop...
Help would be appreciated.

If the data you had on it is important then dont mess with it anymore, remove the harddrive and connect it to another computer via SATA to USB or a USB dock and recover your files with data recovery software.
There are free ones like RECUVA, make a folder in the working PC called BACKUP or whatever you want and recover the files to that folder.

Depending on the problem on your HD you may need to use different recovery software.

Once you have all the files that you want recovered, then try to fix your damaged HD. try CHKDSK /F or scandisk or other programs youre comfortable with.

Then reinstall it into your laptop and see if things are back to normal..

Good Luck
