Hi, I'm new here and I'm trying to fix random bsods occurring in various situations. I have formatted upgrading to win8 with no effects, tried to run memtest with no errors and also changing hdd. Nothing fixed it at all. So I really hope you can help me.
Thank you,
Stefano

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

You have the 2005 version of ASACPI.sys - a known cause of BSOD's on Windows systems. Please go to the downloads site for your motherboard and download the ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver. It should be dated from 2009 - and it will probably only be for Win7. Run the installer in compatibility mode for Win7. If unable to locate this driver, please post back for further assistance.

Your wireless USB XBox controller driver dates from 2009 and there are no known updates for it. It is known to cause BSOD's, so please uninstall it's software and physically remove the device from your system.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. If you have previously stopped it and then restarted it - please stop it again temporarily.

When you resume the overclock, please do it in stages - a little bit at a time. When the BSOD's start up again, then back the overclock off to a previous level.

I built this pc 4 years ago and overclocked it at 3.4 Ghz since the beginning without any problem. Anyway i will stop, even if im'sure this is not the isssue.

I'm not saying that the overclock is definitely to blame - I'm saying that it's one of the possibilities that we have to rule out.

After time the components in the computer can get stressed by the overclock and not respond as well (and may even have broken some components due to the stress of the overclock).

Also, we cannot reliably run our tests on overclocked systems - as they are designed for normally running systems.
Stopping the overclock helps us assess both of these things.

If you still get BSOD's without the overclock, then try Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
