PC crashes after boot up..

Hey guys can someone help me ? When i start pc after longer time Win 8 will boot up and crash then again he boots up and then its ok i get this error message after crash : Check

If it does not boot to desktop and ends into a BSOD loop, try to boot into Safe Mode; and then post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dude it boots to detskop but as second time becouse first time windows crash and second time boots up -.-
