SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Randomly occurs

It randomly occurs, just a few minutes after boot to Start Screen.
Last happened Yesterday (2/28/2013).
Also noticed that Documents and Pictures Library Stopped working.

You have a number of out-of-date drivers on your system that could be causing the BSOD. Please make sure you update these drivers to Windows 8 64bit versions or un-install/remove them if un-needed:

Also sometimes Windows 8 restarts by itself (screen goes dark, then POST is displayed). No dumps created?
