Just FYI - if you go about 2 weeks without a BSOD, then we'll start to consider it solved.
BIOS still seems to date from 2009 - there may be a possibility that this system won't work properly with Win8.
Uninstall Asus PCProbe (if you don't have that, then uninstall Asus AISuite). Do this BEFORE you do the next step (the ASACPI.sys driver)
ASACPI.sys still dates from 2004.
Go here:
ASUS - - ASUS P5QL PRO
Select Win7 32 bit for the OS
Go to the Utilities section
Download the first item in that list (ATK0110
driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit)
Extract the archive (double click on the zip file)
Double click on each directory until you've double clicked on the "32" directory
Inside the 32 directory is a file named AsAcpiIns.exe - double click on it and let it be for 10 minutes (you won't get any notification that it's done).
WinRing0.sys is also mentioned in this dump file. Many different programs center around the using of the WinRing libraries (RealTemp, Corsair Link2 (known BSOD issues w/Win8), Razer GameBooster, etc) Please uninstall the program from your system as it's drivers date from 2008.
Don't worry about the other drivers listed below. This stuff should fix the issues (IMO). If not, then we'll deal with the other drivers later on.
