Hello,

I have problems with the BSOD, and my laptop restarts many times. It says something about PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA(win32k.sys). I've tested RAM with memtest86 but no error was found.
So I think it related to software violation!
Can you help me find out what am i doing wrong?
Thank you!

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I suspect that this is the culprit:

But no ones showed me exactly information what you say. So, I don't know detail about system driver file, such as adpahci.sys belong to what driver, version...

If unable to update them (the one's I said to worry about), then un-install them.
If you uninstall the Norton, be sure to perform scans as suggested above - and then install a free antivirus for protection while testing. There's a list of free antivirus' here: Free AntiVirus

Razer driver still present - and it was named in one of the memory dumps - and it's dated from 2005!

Do this to get rid of it:
1) Create a Restore Point using System Restore
2) Create a Repair disc:
Win7 - Go to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc
Win8 - Press "WIN" and "R" to open the Run dialog...type "RECDISC" (without the quotes) and press ENTER
3) Test the System Repair disc to make sure that you can get to the System Restore entry when you boot from the disk (you may also want to try actually using System Restore to make sure that it works)
4) Download this free program (Autoruns for Windows) and use it to disable any instances of Razerlow.sys that are starting (or any other Razer entries) (DO NOT DELETE - only disabled by removing the checkmark in the left hand column)
5) Check in Device Manager (to include showing hidden devices from the View menu item) and ensure that any instances of Razerlow.sys (or any other Razer entries) are "Uninstalled" (DO NOT DISABLE THESE).
6) Check in the Services applet (services.msc) to be sure any instances of Razerlow.sys or any other Razer entries are disabled.
7) Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename the Razerlow.sys driver to Razerlow.BAD

In the event that the system doesn't boot:

1) Boot from the System Repair disc and use the Command Prompt option to rename Razerlow.BAD to Razerlow.sys
2) Boot from the System Repair disc and use the System Restore option to restore the system to a point before the changes were made.

Good luck!

Please follow the instructions exactly, then reboot the system and check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers to be sure that the system doesn't re-generate another copy of the Razerlow.sys driver.

If it is regenerating the driver, then we've got problems (you'll know this because there'll be both a copy of the Razerlow.BAD driver and the Razerlow.sys driver in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers directory.

OK, it seems that the Razerlow.sys driver is gone in the most recent memory dump. It's possible that the dump before that still had remnants of the Razerlow.sys driver.

So, now let's try Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Yes it can be hardware, but we must rule out 3rd party drivers before working on hardware.
You have fixed all the known 3rd party driver problems - now we see if Driver Verifier will point to any unknown 3rd party driver problems by using Driver Verifier.
Please run Driver Verifier using my instructions (mine only test the 3rd party drivers) - and let it run for at least 36 hours.

Then we can try to figure out what it is - the possibilities are:

You get BSOD from Driver Verifier and it blames a 3rd party driver = then we fix the 3rd party driver and see if that fixes the problem.
You get BSOD from Driver Verifier and it doesn't blame a 3rd party driver = then we figure it's either hardware or Windows drivers
You get BSOD, but not from Driver Verifier= then we figure it's either hardware or Windows drivers
You don't get BSOD = then the problem is fixed

While running Driver Verifier you can run some of these hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
