system BSODs fairly frequently, I think usually while watching youtube but sometimes when switching from remote desktop connection to local login. dump seems to point to graphics driver but I've tried updating a few times already. I have also tried the disk tests provided by the vendors, as well as memtest overnight, nothing seems to help so far.

This has been happening since pretty much first day of putting windows 8 on the system.

Check this post about cards that underclock themselves - could this be an issue with your card?
Interesting concept - underclocking causing BSOD's at idle
My point is that auto-underclocking may cause problems - see if you can stop your card from doing this at idle

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

You have 5 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power supply?

This device is disabled:
AGN Virtual Network Adapter ROOT\NET\0000 This device is disabled.
Please either remove it from the system - or enable it, update it, and then disable it again.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
