iconia w500 tablet - no input

Recently I downloaded software that was supposed to automatically update my drivers for me. I began to update the drivers and the updates encountered issues. Upon reboot the tablet loads to the lock screen with my picture, however no input devices work (touch screen, keyboard, mouse, etc). Every once in a while I receive a BSOD (I know the cause is bad drivers). I have tried attaching the keyboard and pressing shift+F8, however it is not working. I don't think the tablet loads usb devices until after it boots up so I don't know how to get to the system recovery options. I don't have a windows 8 iso. file anywhere, as I had upgraded from windows 7 directly on the tablet. Is there any way to update the drivers, or boot from usb to install drivers, or anything that might help me get onto the computer somehow at least? Please help.

Hi, pmthunder22. it sounds like that driver program either gave you bad drivers, or uninstalled some of them. download a windows 8 32-bit repair iso from here: Windows 8 Recovery disk - 32 bit - Fix Your Problems burn it to a disk, and than boot it. click troubleshoot, click advance options, and run system restore. This should help. Download iso burner Here: Free ISO Burner
