new to Toshiba laptop just before christmas and has all the family photos on it! Pe loaded with windows 8. On start up it all loads fine until I log in then it goes to the app screen and constantly flashes. The only thing I can get to go through and stay on the screen is the task manager opened by alt,Carl &del buttons.
is their a safe mode which I can go access ?
Pretty sure that it has one, but haven't checked inside the case!

has switchable - Intel/ATI - Used wrong drivers, now ATI card is inop :( Will have to fix it soon!
