Hi, your mini-dump appears to be pointing at the driver file: atikmdag.sys which is your ATI Videocard driver: Driver Reference Table

Please un-install your graphics card driver from Control Panel/Add-Remove a Program first. Then please install Driver Fusion to remove all traces of the driver (usually AMD/Display). You may have to use Driver Fusion twice or more after rebooting in order to remove everything if you're using the trial version:

Driver Fusion - The Complete Driver Solution

Then please download and install the latest version of the drivers from this site using the "autodetect" tool:

AMD Driver Autodetect

You also have some out-of-date drivers on your system which can cause the BSODs. Please update these drivers to the Windows 8 64bit verisons or un-install/remove them if un-needed:

AsUpIO.sys - ASUS hardware monitoring software related: Driver Reference Table (please un-install ASUS Utilities Suite, known to cause BSODs on some systems)
ASUSFILTER.sys - ASUS USB Hub filter driver: Driver Reference Table
ICCWDT.sys - Intel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver: Driver Reference Table
ElbyCDIO.sys - CDRTools/ElbyCDIO/DVD Region Killer/VirtualCloneDrive (elby CloneDVD™ 2)/AnyDVD: Driver Reference Table (please un-install any of these programs for testing purposes, known to cause BSODs on some systems)
emusba10.sys
- E-MU USB-Audio 1.0 Driver: Driver Reference Table (this is a very old driver from 2007, you should try updating it to Windows 8 64bit versions or un-intsalling)

Please download Windows 8 64bit drivers from your motherboard manufacturers website. Please update chipset and anything else you feel might need updating:

ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE

Please make sure you have all the Windows 8 updates if you have not done so already.

-cheers
