I've recently gotten 2 BsODs while shutting down my laptop,as in it takes around ten mins to shut down and on the next startup i get the BSoD msg.

My laptop is a Samsung NP550P5C-S03IN with OEM Windows 8,the Drivers are untouched as newer versions are not available( The earliest dmp files indicate a problem with the Wifi Driver which occurred when i updated the drivers from Intel site, so i reverted to the previous versions via a system refresh)

Thanks in Advance for the Help

Welcome to EightForums.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2013 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2013 Public
Please uninstall BitDefender for troubleshooting purposes:
Perform a clean boot:
Perform a System File Check:

Uninstall Daemon tools, use Total Mounter instead:
And I would not recommend using stuffs like Tune Up Utilities! These stuff corrupt the system rather than Fix and if it's not broken don't try fixing it! Please uninstall Tune up.

Reinstall your network drivers as well!
