At work we run diagnostics on every system that we take in for repair (before we even start working on it). At a minimum, please run the free diagnostics here: Initial Hardware Diagnostics. For more in-depth diagnostics, please run those listed here: Hardware Diagnostics

Looks to me like it's your antivirus/Internet Security. Please:
- uninstall the antivirus
- enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall through Action Center (the flag thing) in the System tray
- perform a full system scan in case anything go by your antivirus.
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks alot John... your information is so valuable..
though, for information only, i recently on 9 Jan 2k13. updated my drivers from Official Dell Website related to my lappy. hoping that with updated drivers i wont face the problem.. but surprised to know, they're still not updated...

Thanks for helping me out.. i will update my system drivers and will remove the Antivirus Software. and then will monitor again for any kind of BSOD errors. I'll bug you again if i got any.. :p..

Thanks

FWIW - on normal systems I use the drivers at the Dell website. It's only when problems crop up that I start to stress over the dates on the drivers.

Give it a bit of time to see if it still BSOD's. But even if it doesn't, we'll have another look to see what's going on if it's still freezing.

Good luck!
