Windows 8 BSOD after boot

The blue screens started immediately after I had updated my laptop through Windows Update. they've only happened twice so far, but it's annoying nonetheless. They've only occurred after I log into Windows.

Your mini-dumps are not really pointing to anything specific except possibly your graphics drivers.

I have found some out-of-date drivers on your system you should update or remove/un-install if no longer needed:

ETD.sys - ELAN PS/2 Port Smart Pad: Driver Reference Table
CHDRT64.sys - Conexant High Definition SmartAudio: Driver Reference Table
pgeffect.sys - Toshiba Universal Camera Filter driver/Pangu Effect driver: Driver Reference Table

Most of those drivers can be updated at your manufacturers website. Please update all drivers to Windows 8 64bit versions (select Windows 8 64bit in OS):

Please also make sure you have all the latest Windows 8 64bit updates until you can install no more.

Thank you! It seemed outdated drivers were he source of the problem. There is now one more thing that i'll have to keep updated on all my computers. I just wonder why those updates weren't offered through Windows Update.

Just FYI - the 3rd party drivers (non-Microsoft) are only available through Windows Update if the manufacturer submits them. It's also the manufacturer's responsibility to keep them updated - and that doesn't seem to happen very often either.
