hello all
I have relatively new laptop aspire v3-571 that came originally with windows 7 and the option to upgrade to 8 and I took it when it came out and installed it.
I am not sure if it is related to the issue but few days after installing 8 the system stopped responding all together after a few minutes and I re-installed windows 8 so in the process all drivers and previous pre-installed software were deleted unfortunately.
since then it seems like working ok but I started to get those blue screens and more frequently now.
your help is most appreciated.
best regards all
koby

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

This device is disabled:
Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows ROOT\NET\0000 This device is disabled.
Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Please:
- re-enable the device
- update the drivers/program to the latest, Win8 compatible version
- disable the device again if so desired

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
