dpc_watchdog_violation causing BSOD

Hey guys, recently bought a new laptop and have been seeing the BSOD frequently since the very first day of purchase. It always seems to be the same 'dpc_watchdog_violation' error, i only really use my laptop for web browsing and gaming; both of which have caused my system to crash.

Its the gaming aspect which is frustrating though as i expect a lot of older games to have compatibility issues, but a lot of my more recent games will not work, causing the BSOD on startup along with the increasingly more annoying 'dpc_watchdog_violation' error. I should add that most of these games are ran off steam and i did think it might be a steam problem, but i have since managed to run civ 5 on my system without a problem.

Apologies for the lack of information ive provided, im a bit of a noob when it comes to this sort of thing, so not really sure what info would be of help bar the memory dump file.

Hopefully one of you kind people could help me with this problem, or at least point me in the right direction, but yeah any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Sorry for the delay in responding - there just aren't that many of us who help in this area.
Please rerun the data collection app and let it run for at least 15 minutes (reports are missing from the previous upload)

[DEL]No definite causes seen in the memory dumps, so the additional reports are needed.[/DEL]
I apologize for rushing through this analysis (I was late for work) - there are issues that point to your nVidia drivers. I've addressed this in my most recent post.

Do you have a remote network sharing device that connects via USB? If so, what's the make and model of this device?
Do you have a USB sound card? If so, what's the make and model of this device.

Any reason why this device is disabled?
USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller ROOT\UOIP_BUS_DRIVER\0000 This device is disabled.
FWIW - I found this happening on a couple of brand new systems - but not often enough for me to recall the make and model.

And, my apologies for rushing through the initial analysis. I find that I missed the nVidia driver problems there.
Please remove your nVidia drivers/software and then install the latest, Win8 compatible version available at World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA

I uninstalled the nvidia software and the problem seems to be solved:D
Not sure what that usb thing is tbh my computer flagged it up but couldn't provide a solution, so i just disabled it.
