Solved Varity of BSOD's

Hello

To make things short and quik

tried to put the ram to ''2t'' in BIOS.
Removed my GFX card but it still crashed
Did a windows RAM and HDD test, no errors were found.
Updated drivers

Most crashes appear during gaming, rarely during internet; youtube and browsing the net, but they still appear even then. For some reason i think either my RAM is bad or is set wrong in the BIOS, or my mobo is faulty.
But that would suck hard since my cpu/mobo/ram were newly bought when these BSOD's appeared.

Thanks.

Reset the memory timings/settings/voltages to the standard (Auto) value. If overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the memory timings and overclock once the BSOD's have stopped.

I'm not a big fan of the in-built Windows Memory Diagnostic. Please try these free diagnostics (to include the MemTest86+ test): Initial Hardware Diagnostics

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thank you usasma, I have updated the drivers except for the USB camera, It's not in control panel nor in both program files folder. I will report back as soon as i get a BSOD, and if it got fixed i will report in a week to give it some time just in case.

Edit: I dont have anything overclocked btw, the memory is automatically underclocked though cause of my cpu.

Today it crashed twice while my little brother played league of legends.
I did a stress test on my GPU, I cant run memtest86+ cause i dont have a dvd rom unfortunately, only usb.
Checked the temps while playing games as well, all was well under the ''red zone''

Marked the BSOD's i had today as ''katana88(2)'' in my original post.

Thank you.

Wow! Very strange memory dump! Please provide this so I can get an idea if anything else unexpected is happening:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Gonna post the whole memory dump for others to have a look at:

Lot's and lot's of errors related to ESENT and Event ID 910 - they also point at taskhostex
So I wonder about tasks being scheduled for indexing your files/folders (ESENT is Extensible Storage Engine - wikipedia here: Extensible Storage Engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

Here's the ESENT EventID 910 error:
taskhostex (2428) The database cache size maintenance task has taken 60 seconds without completing. This may result in severe performance degradation. Current cache size is 35 buffers above the configured cache limit (158 percent of target). Cache size maintenance evicted 0 buffers, made 5733 flush attempts, and successfully flushed 0 buffers. It has run 463878 times since maintenance was triggered.

So all of that led me all over the web until I found this: Sqlite and Essent Warnings, Taskhostex(3200) ??
Which led me to here: UPDATED HOWTO: SQLite with Windows 8 apps

I'd suggest looking at the section labelled:
"Installing the SQLite for Windows Runtime package"

That brought me to here as the second hit on my Google search for "sqlite for windows runtime download" (without the quotes): Getting Started with SQLite on Windows 8 > InstallationRob Tiffany

And it led me to SQLite Download Page (which also happens to be the 3rd result on the above Google search :0)

I'd suggest downloading and installing the "Precompiled Binaries for Windows Runtime"
I'd also suggest the "Precompiled Binaries for Windows .NET" also - but can't quite figure out which .NET version it applies to. If you're able to figure it out, please try the appropriate version from here: System.Data.SQLite: System.Data.SQLite Download Page

I'm going to ask a couple of other folks to have a look at this - but it may take a couple of days to get responses.

PS - ensure that you have all Windows Updates and that you've repeatedly checked.
Also update your .NET stuff (another hunch of mine) - and determine what .NET versions are installed (so we can try to figure out which SQLite Precompiled Binaries for Windows .NET to install).

First input in from the folks that I asked - please run hard drive diagnostics on all hard drives: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
If unable to run diags on the SSD, please replace it (temporarily) with a platter based hard drive to see if that stops the errors.

The errors found point to either a hard drive issue (most likely) - or they could be an issue with the controller for the hard drives (on the motherboard).

This is the error:
The driver has detected that device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 has predicted that it will fail. Immediately back up your data and replace your hard disk drive. A failure may be imminent.

I uploaded an image that show which .NET versions i have installed on my PC.
And with that i hope that is what you need to direct me to the links/names i need to download the files.
Apologies, but i have no idea what to download.

As for the hard drive error, i did get it a couple of times, but as for now it is working, and i used a different 100% working hard drive in the past but still got BSOD's. I know this because i had it in my older PC aswell which worked fine. So i doubt its the hard drive. But that doesn't rule out the controller on the new MOBO as you said.

I can't thank you enough for all the help you have given me so far.

Cheers

Click on the ASP .NET 4.5 box and then on OK

Please run the hard drive diagnostic anyway. I know that the Seagate and Western-Digital both test the controller also. You can run either (I prefer Seatools when booting from a disk, but either will work if running it within Windows).

Another suggestion:
Anyone seeing piles of ESENT (id 910) warnings in Application log?

After the error happened again and some further investigation, it seems like Windows Update Service is the problem. To fix it, go to control panel-troubleshooting and run Windows Update Repair, after the repair, remove the cached Windows Update files, you can do this by right-clicking on c: drive-properties-Disk Clean-up once it opens and scans the system, select Clean up system files, it will do another scan, select Windows Update Cache files and free the space, clean up the other unneeded files too. It looks like that fixes the problem.

Might be worth a shot?

Another suggestion is to check the memory (due to the missing drivers in the memory dump). Please run this free memory diagnostic: Memory Diagnostics

Go another message saying that they though it was hardware also.
The bugcheck itself kinda hints to a hardware issue. During an interrupt being processed (almost always a hardware interrupt) an exception occurred which wasn't handled, so system had to crash. If an exception occurs when handling hardware activity, it means the hardware itself is most likely bugged. Better have him run through the usual hardware diagnostics. I did notice in the CPU registers what looked a lot like bits that have inadvertently been zeroed. He did say this was new hardware so no doubt one of them is faulty.
Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics (they include the previously suggested diagnostics and then some more).

Did the ASP .NET 4.5, it installed it.
Did the windows update fix..

Sadly they did not fix anything as it crashed today again, here are the dmp files in case something new pops up in them.

I downloaded all the recommended stress tests: Furmark, Intels CPU stress test, memtest86 and seatools for the hard drive. As i cant run them all at once it will probably take 2 days for me to test them all as it takes alot of hours for them to run. Will report back soon.

Go to control panel and add features to windows. Look for check boxes next to hyper-v and enable. Also enable .net boxes. Two restarts and no more freezes on my machine. This after 3 weeks of struggling with new build amd a8 5600k on as rock fm2a75 pro 4m. 16 gb ddr3 and hd6670 graphics card. Avoid crossfire dual graphics also for time being

I ran the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and it showed: FAIL.
Output result file - TestResults.txt
When i open the .txt file, it shows absolutely nothing.. zero nada a blanc notepad with nothing in it.
Is this a flaw of some kind? I have an Intel Celeron G530 2.40Ghz.

Im gonna run memtest86+ when i go to sleep in a bit and report back asap.

Sigh.. Ofcourse it wont show why the CPU test failed...

As you can see i ran memtest for 11 passes, 10 hours straight and it found 2 errors.
Btw how come it says 532 Mhz? Or is that normal? Anyway are these 2 errors enough to be causing BSOD's?
I figure a good RAM would have no errors at all.

I will run the rest of the tests tonight and post asap.

Errors = problems.

Run the tests as suggested in the webpage to figure out which stick is to blame.
Then run Memtest on the known good sticks.
If it passes, then try the CPU test again.

As for the 532 mHz - that's the actual speed, but it's "double pumped" when it goes through the bus - so it's running at 1064± mHz

I only have 1 stick, do the errors mean its exclusevly the RAM or can it also mean the MOBO can be at fault?
I will run Prime95 tonight.

Means it's most likely the RAM - but no software test is 100% The next most common problem is a broken slot that the RAM goes in - and it'll throw errors in Memtest also.

If it were me, I'd purchase a stick of RAM that you can return (for your money back)
That way, if the new stick also has errors you'll at least be able to get your money back for it.
