Desktop crashes randomly after getting new mainboard

Hello everyone, and happy new year to you guys.
Today, I just get a new motherboard which is the Gygabyte 970A-DS3. I am using windows 8 now, I already installed all the drivers. However, now my desktop is crashing randomly.
I already included all my dump files so that you can help me more easier.

Thank you Mr. Bagavan. I run the Driver Verifier, and the system crashed immediately, here are the newest dump files I just get.

Please also uninstall PowerISO as it was also blamed.

Don't forget to turn Driver Verifier off. Do this by opening verifier.exe and selecting "Delete existing settings" and clicking on the "Finish" button. Reboot for the changes to take affect (?effect?).

Since 2 different causes were blamed, it's possible that both could be causing the problem - or that neither is. If it's neither, then we'll have to look again at low-level drivers, compatibility issues, and hardware.

If you are overclocking, please stop while we troubleshoot these issues. Feel free to resume the overclock once the BSOD's have stopped.

2 low-level drivers that are known to cause BSOD's are present, please do the following:
1) Uninstall RivaTuner/MSI Afterburner/EVGA Precision (RTCore64.sys)
2) Uninstall GIGABYTE On/Off Charge driver (AppleCharger.sys)

If you'd like to get a head start on things, start with the free hardware diagnostics listed here: Hardware Diagnostics
But, IMO, stopping any overclock and removing RTCore64.sys is the most likely solution here.

Thank you, Mr. Usasma for giving a detailed instruction. I did turn off the Verifier, and I did uninstall the Power ISO. My system has not been crashed so far. I will update my situation if sth happens.
