Driver_Power_State_Failure blue screen on Asus UX32VD

Hello. I'm having some troubles on my Asus UX32VD when it's on and when it's shutting down. The problem is the same in both situations. It appers a blue screen saying Driver_Power_Statue_Failure. I think it as something to do with some minidump files (I don't understand nothing about them) or with my secondary ssd. I'm running Windows 8 Pro and my ssd is a Sandisk i100 24Gb.

Please help me resolve this problem. If you need more information about my system please respond me saying what information do you need.

Thank you.

While waiting for a reply, make sure that all SSD's have the latest firmware, and that all your storage controller drivers are from 2012.

The reports that leafs580 requested will contain more info that we can use to help pinpoint the problem.

Thank you very much for your reply's. I'm seending write now the zip folder with the system information that you asked.

Another information that can be useful for this problem is that this blue screen doesn't appear all the time, like every time I'm turning off and on the computer(it's just occasionally). Another thing that appens almost every time is that the main disk (Hitachi 320Gb) stops working (for like 30 seconds) and while it stops my PC frezzes, but then, after 30 seconds( more or less) it starts working again normally. I think this happens because the PC is trying to write on the ssd but it can't and I think it's because Windows 8 pro that as some problems with hybrid systems like this one (but i'm not sure, it's just a theory).

Just another thing. My PC some time ago also displayd a blue screen saying DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (again I think this is because my ssd but i'm not sure).

I've seen numerous references to disabling hybrid sleep, but am not familiar with it myself. If you can find instructions on how to do this, I'd suggest that you try it.

The reports that you've uploaded only show one hard drive (no SSD). Was the SSD installed when you ran these tests?

The lone memory dump blames Netwsw00.sys - a driver component of your Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6235 Wireless WiFi Link Adapter. Please download a fresh copy from the manufacturer's website and install it on the system.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks for the reply. The SSD on my laptop is very strange. Some times the system can detect that the SSD is on the system but some times not, and I can't understand why. Has I said before I think that the problem is caused by Windows 8, but I'm not sure. This SSD is just for cache.

I just have one question. Do I need to install all the drivers that you refered in your post or do I need to install just the first 6 (the ones in red)?
And where can i unistall the AICharger.sys driver?

Sorry for asking this stupid questions (simple questions) but I really don't know how to do it.

Uninstall the Asus Charger driver from Control Panel...Programs and Features

Update the wireless networking driver from the laptop's support website

Update the graphics drivers from the laptop's support website

Leave the rest alone for now and we'll see if that helps. If the BSOD's continue, zip up and upload the memory dumps (they're located in C:\Windows\Minidump) with your next post.

I can't find the ai driver on the Control Panel. I only found this file but I don't know how to uninstall it.

Should I just delete it or is there another way to
uninstall it?

Please reply.

Nooo!!! Don't just delete it!!! It may render your system unbootable!!!
Can you provide a screen shot of the Uninstall a Program applet showing the Asus utilities?
If not, post back anyway and I'll provide instructions on how to remove it safely.

Uninstall Asus USB Charger Plus, that'll get rid of it.
If needed you can always download a fresh copy from the Asus website.

Ok. So I can uninstall this one and download the same drive (more recent) from the Asus website, install it and it won't cause any problems?

No.

Uninstall this one.

See if it stops the problems.

If it doesn't stop the problem - download and install it only if you need it.
If it does stop the problem - download and install it to see if the problem recurs.
