    Various BSOD failures

I have a Windows 8 PC with a ASRock E350M1 motherboard that has no real Windows 8 drivers and I think that may be causing my problems, but it may also be hardware related. After enough crashes it stops booting and I need to reinstall Win 8. Attached debugging info.

First post here. Thanks for any help.

Edit: This was a dump after a recent BSOD so windows is not currently updated due to a reinstall. I am installing the updates now, but this happens even after updates are installed.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

No Windows Updates installed. Visit Windows Update repeatedly until no updates are available. Most systems have 30 or more updates.

Check for virus's. There's a list of free scanners here (but not all are Win8 compatible). The bootable disks can be used with any Windows system AFAIK: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
