Kmode and driver irql help needed.

I have received these two BSOD'S. So far over the space of a day.

I have memtest86 my ram, 12 passes no errors.

Checked C: for errors. None found.

SFC /SCANNOW has been completed with no problems

Hard drive is bran spanking new as are most of my components except PSU which is a good fairly new one anyway running fine in my old system which is a 850 XFX XXX black edition so I have faith in it.

Forgot to mention all drivers are up to date from manufacturers website.

This may of also be of some use (I am not very good with bsod) hence why im here.

Sorry for the delay, but there just aren't that many of us that work on BSOD's.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). I strongly suspect that this hold true for Win8 systems also.

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): ~~[DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL]~~ Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012

Wireless USB XBox controller is known to cause BSOD's (and there aren't any known driver updates for this version). Please uninstall it's software and physically remove the device from your system in order to test it.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
