I just built a PC three days ago and have been really excited to get into it, the only thing keeping me from doing so random BSOD's carrying the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error.

Any help in fixing this would really be appreciated.

All of the memory dumps blame netr6164.sys - a driver component of your wireless networking device. Your copy dates from 2007 and is likely NOT compatible with Win8. Please:
- download a fresh copy of Win8 compatible drivers for this device
- uninstall the current drivers and software
- install the freshly downloaded software/drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please don't fiddle with overclocking until the BSOD's stop (one memory dump shows an overclock).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
