Random Windows 8 BSOD: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I have had about 5 or so BSODs since installing windows 8 about a week ago, this being the latest. I turned on my computer a little while ago, and as I began using it I noticed the system was "hiccuping" every few seconds. I would be moving my mouse then it would freeze for ~.5 seconds before continuing, this would happen about every 5-10 seconds. It wasn't just my mouse doing it because text entry would freeze as well if I happened to be typing.

While this was happening I opened up the nvidia control panel and turned on one of my secondary monitors, after doing that I was given a black screen on both of them followed by this BSOD about 10 seconds later.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. :thumb:

Edit: Got hit with another one, attached additional minidump. :(

Thanks for the reply!

I already had the very latest version, but I re-installed it again anyways. Intel RST is clearly causing major issues with my system, when it loaded after the reinstall the computer started doing the intermittent freezing thing again, but it stabilized after a while, until just now.

Woke my computer up from sleep and my Ethernet controller had been stopped by windows because it encountered a problem with error code "43". I restarted my computer and it sat there for a good 2 minutes with the spinning restart logo then BSOD'd. Attaching new logs to this post.
