Dpc_watchdog violation....hotspot shield connecton

Dear freinds & experts,

I am facing some blue screen error ... DPC_WATCHDOG VIOLATION, immediately after connecting my hotspot shield. Can you please explain me how to resolve this issue. My OS is Windows 8 32 bit and Antivirus is NOD32.
