Seemlingly Random Crashes: Kernel-Power 41

Ever since I installed Windows 8 the first time I've been getting Random, dumpless crashes coded as nothing more than Kernel-Power 41 "unexpected reboots."

It doesn't really seem to matter what I'm doing at the time...the crashes just...happen. Gaming, text editing, using the internet (both text and video), Using FTP...it's just all over the place.

Here's what I've done so far (most this debugging was on a reinstalled Win7 because I thought 8 might be the culprit. I am now back on 8.):

  • Ran Disk Check on all drives: OK
  • Ran Furmark: OK (GPU leveled out at 78 degrees and ran stable for 8 minutes)
  • Prime95 Small FFTs: OK (4 Hour run, 272 Tests, 0 errors, 0 warnings) (CPU leveled out at 64 degrees)
  • Cleared CMOS
  • Reformatted, reinstalled (multiple times)

A note: I tried to run memtest last night while I slept...but when I woke up the computer had booted itself to Windows (memtest was running when I fell asleep). Could this be a sign of memory errors crashing memtest?

I've attached my SF Diag Tool file.

Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for your help. :D

Unfortunately there are no dump files.

I have tried multiple dump locations to no avail. There's just never a dump.

The computer won't restart itself on it's own either (no bsod). I have to do it manually.

I just noticed that I failed to describe what actually occurs when the crash happens: The computer becomes completely unresponsive and there is sometimes a hiss in my speakers.
