BSOD windows 8 x64 irql not less equal aswnet.sys

Hello, I have done some searching around and found others have this issue. From what I read there isn't just one solution.

I have windows 8 x64
just installed a few days ago and seemed to work however started getting these. Not sure if out of date driver or whats up.irql not less equal errors seem common.

Any help would be appreciated.
what info is required to get this fixed?

The minidumps are user mode from 007 Legends Bond2012PC.exe

User mode programs can not cause BSOD's (This would be an escalation of privilege).

I have actually un installed and deleted this program from my computer a few days ago. I will double check to see if everything is deleted.
