Going mad, random BSOD

Upgraded from Windows 7 about a week ago and ever since i keep getting BSOD's. I first thought that it was due to overclocking and tried tweaking my bios settings but no matter what settings i used i still got the BSOD.

I set bios to default settings to stop overclocking being a cause and to my dismay it still BSOD's :(

So far the longest i have been able to run this system is just over 12 hours and there seems to be no pattern as to when they happen.

Normally i like to solve PC issues myself but i can make head nor tail of the debugger output so have decided to ask the experts here ;)

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions that would help solve my issues.

Check your memory with memtest86 and memtest from hcidesign. Run driver verifier. These bugchecks seem typical for memory errors/corruption.
