Solved Driver Irql not less or equal (ndis.sys|tcp.sys)

hi all im get BSOD every 15 minutes (+/-) with msgs "Driver Irql not less or equal ndis.sys" or "Driver Irql not less or equal tcpip.sys" i made a clean instal win8 x64... win7 ok, dont change anything about hardware.

tks any advance

Its still network related.
Create a system restore point, uninstall your anti virus. Replce with Windows defender, lets see if it continues. With a sytem restore point, you can easily return to the anti virus that you currently have.

Create a system restore point, uninstall your anti virus. Replce with Windows defender, lets see if it continues. With a sytem restore point, you can easily return to the anti virus that you currently have.

Hmm.. I had this error once, it totally freaked me out.
I had a BSoD at the most random times and all I was presented with was this error, it was related to my built-in wireless network card.

However, my solution was not updating the driver but downgrading after fully removing the driver in safe mode.
I completely removed the driver and installed an older one. My problem was history.

(a month later a new update came out and I took my chance, the problem was patched in the new update)

You have one of the best already intsatalled. It called windows defender. Its made just for windows and does not cause BSODs
I use it, but for 7 its called Security Essentials.

but i cant start win firewall....and u sure this is all i need? only a win defender?
when i try to start FW receiv this error 0x80070422

I also get this messages or "Driver Irql not less or equal tcpip.sys", unfortunately very frequently. Win8, 64bit.
Can anybody help me with this?
