Solved Please help me to solve my BSOD

I was using windows 8 pro 32 bit. Recently I switched to 64 bit.
Now I am getting DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL every now and then if I download something via torrent. It was ok when I was in 32 bit OS.
I have a wimax usb modem (Beceem WU216). Is this causing the BSOD? Any solution?

Your reports indicate that this driver, in conjuction with your audio driver is the cause.

Update driver from corporate website.
Then go to search by the start button, type device manage. In DM, click on network adapter>find out the name of the manufacturer.
Go to website and update that driver.
