Several days ago I performed a clean installation of win8 pro x64 on my msi 16f3 0nc. I'm connected to the Internet by PPPoE. It comes to be that each time I tried to use a P2P software(I've tried several) to download something the system crashes and give me a BSoD. First it reads something like "Driver irql not less or equal (raspppoe.sys)". Then I turn to the killer gaming official website and get the newest version of their lan driver, but the problem is still there but with a different caution "DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION". Now I've totally no idea how to fix it. Could anyone help me with this problem?

Welcome
Your reports indicate that the driver in this article is the cause of your problem. You must either update the driver or remove the software that utilizes this driver. That is all that I can tell you. I have never seen this driver before, do not know its use and our research material does not mention it.
bwcw8x64.sys - What is bwcw8x64.sys from Qualcomm Atheros, Inc.?
The above article is for your information only. I am NOT suggesting that you follow any advice that it gives, that would be your decision.

Thank you for replying. I contacted the bigfoot network and so far got no further information yet. I tried stopping the Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service in the task manager but the system still crashes once I start a downloading and give me another BSOD saying "Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(raspppoe.sys)". I'm wondering if I got problems more than you've mentioned. The attachments are the latest reports. Could you please check it for me?
Oh, what's more, it seens to be Ok if I connect to the Internet in my lab by Lan and using utorrent.

Hints are that Kasperksy my be the problem. Createe a sytem restore point and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.
Each report gives just a little clue, and in your case, everyone is very different. I still feel that my initial analysis was correct.
