You must understand that one dump report, as a rule, does not give enough information to arrive at a definitive answer. Make a system restore point and then update driver or remove the corresponding software, for this driver.

Thanks very much,, Sorry I'm quite new this so don't really know what to do. I've uninstall the software containing the driver, but same thing happen. Attached is another dump files, I took it using SF_Diagnostic Tool.. Thanks

The most important file is not there. I need the dmp.reports. Try to send it again.

The report is the same as the last one. The only thing that I can do is tell you cause and I did that when I gave you the name of the driver. As I said you have to update or remove that driver. The new reports show that the driver is still there. This is what we do
Make sure that this is not reall a virus or malware
Run a full and updated virus scan
Download and make a full and updated scan with malwarebytes. Updated means make sure that you have the most current virus definitions.
If these are negative see if you can find the driver. In Windows Seven they are located here
\Windows\system32 or c:\Windows\system32\drivers and have an .exe , .dll or .sys
Not sure if it is the same for Eight
If it is, find the problem driver and change the .exe to .bup.
Be sure that you create a system restore point first. Things can and do go wrong.
Eight is a new System for everyone, we are all trying to learn.
