Every now an then i get this error message: "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered".

IT just happens rarely, but randomly.
The screen would turn off and in a minute or so, it will turn back on.

More information about the event:

Description: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Already tried updating all my drivers.
Don't think my laptop is overheating.
The screen looks fine, nothing wrong with the adapter.

If you know the solution or possible solution, please inform me. Much appreciated!
Thanks.

SOLUTION:
If you still crash even after you updated your driver, then go to this website and download "Microsoft Fix It".
Change compatibility of the application to "Previous Version of Windows".
Link to the website:
"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error in Windows 7 or Windows Vista.

Good Luck!

I don't really get BSOD, it just that my display turns off for few seconds and it will turn back on.

Sometimes the BSOD does not occur, because it comes back quickly. In any event, there is more information in that download than just BSODs

TY for the information. Based upon the logs, this driver seems to be the problem. Go to the website and update.

Go to seach, type device manager. Go to network, discover the manufacturer of your card. Go to that website and update.

Weird problem now.
This time when i try to update my NVIDIA driver, it says it cannot install, Install failed.

Tried cleaning registry.
Tried using Driver Fusion.
Tried booting into safe mode and running the installer there.

Got any idea to why its giving me error?
