Not all WiLM messages are present in the "store folder"

Not all WLM messages are present in the "store folder"

:think: My windows live mail messages are not entirely present in the "store folder" located at: C:\Users\[user profile name]\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\. Some, but very few, are there, not all.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing Windows Live Essentials 2012, but now the folders have nothing in them. The messages are in the mailbox, but they are not in the designated folders on the computer.

I saved the other folder before uninstalling and re-installing Windows Live Essentials 2012 by just renaming it with the word "old". So, this folder has very few messages in each sub-folder, but the fresh install has absolutely none, even though the folders are all present.

I really thought the fresh install would remedy the problem, but it only made it worse. What could be causing this complete failure to synchronize WLM messages to the computer "store folder"?
