Right click the image and select "Save Image As" and it will open a File Explorer window and you can save to the folder you want and name the file also.

Quicker way is to use drag and drop (left click on the image and hold then drag to whatever folder you want to copy to).

You people are the best. I tried both techniques but the one that worked for me was the Right click and save image as. I tried to drag and drop and save it to a folder but I couldn't find the folder I wanted. It's probably my error in not understanding and I will continue to play with it but atleast for now I can save the pics I want in a folder. I did want to mention that when I go to the folder to retrieve the pic it asks me what program do I want to open it in. I saved it as a jpeg and choose Paint and it worked. I will play around with opening the pic in other programs to. You guys saved my life. Please continue to share anything you think will help me.

You need to open the folder first. then drag & Drop into that folder.
For example, If you want to copy the the pic to desktop then just drag & drop to the desktop.

Here a screen shot. I created a folder "New Folder" on the desktop, open it first then use drag & drop into "New Folder"
