Yes, as the title says, cookies are only setting in one tab using Internet Explorer 11. Other browsers seems to be, but I haven't used them long enough to prove it.
I made a thread on the Microsoft forum about it, to which I received basically no reply at all (that was useful) : Cookies only set in one tab! - Microsoft Community
As per my original question on the Microsoft website:
If I don't run CCleaner, it will only set in one tab. If I do run it, then it's completely normal. It even blocks Google from setting cookies, so something is seriously not right. I come here as a last hope, and hoping that someone here can answer my question.
As the support technician suggested, I also uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer, with nothing different. Please, someone help. I'm at a loss of what to do with this now.

As per my original question on the Microsoft website:
I've looked and can't find anything related to my issue. Every time I open up internet explorer, every cookie will only set in one tab. If I open another tab, it will appear as though I'm logged out. As an example, I will sue my Google account, I login to Google, open a new tab to go back to Google and I'm logged out.
Why!!! It's incredibly annoying, every time I don't want this to happen I have to run CCleaner twice to remove all traces of temp files, while Internet Explorer is not open, then re-open it. Just running the built-in Internet Explorer "delete browsing history" does not work. I have to actually exit out of the browser, and restart it after I cleaned it all out.
I've checked my cookie settings and they're fine. This is really beginning to frustrate me, every time my computer turns on I need to run it twice or only be able to open a website in one tab at a time.
All the other browsers don't have this incredibly annoying issue, I've checked in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. But for some reason Internet Explorer does not know how to handle cookies correctly.
Sometimes, it will log me in to websites, then when I click on a new page, (using the same tab) it will automatically log me out there too - why is this occurring?
