IE11 has flash installed apparently but it wont run. Palemoon runs perfectly with Adobe Flash but cant get anything in IE?

I get a warning banner, IE need permission to run Adobe Flash - 'allow' - but it does nothing.

Thats the strange thing Cliff, it does not show although I have 'installed' it twice now. I went to an IE11 help page on Flash and it says - no need to install, its already in, or at least MS version of it, which the pc does not recognise.

Have you tried the little blue circle(like a "do not" or "no" traffic sign) and turned filtering on/off,(for that specific site of course)?

Sorry about delay, have been out. Whats the location for the 'little blue circle' I dont have it visible. The version of flash player I have is 17 NPAPI whatever that is.

I have been successful in resetting IE when Flash does not work. Use first option, not the option that deletes personal settings.
