Bing background image-How to dump it forever

Title say it ll. I have followed all the steps and it just comes back.

PLease help me lose the background image for good.

Also, why must it be gray??????????? I am sure there is a way to change that also

Should you be talking about the Bing Desktop, uninstall it in the Uninstall a Program feature of the Control Panel.

Ah-if only it was that simple. No bing to remove. I could hack the register I guess but I don't want to do that.

Is this another take it an like it?

I like Bing as my search engine-HATE Google (Big Brothers Big Brother)

AEdit: used Bing in Win 8 for a while-no issues. As soon as I updated to Win 8.1 , disaster.

But how to change the color you have to go to personalize (where you change desktop backgrounds and color sound...etc, and choose a high contrast theme and set your system colors up here:View attachment 55891 Then your bing in internet explorer will look with my settings anyhow like this:
