how to find server settings for windows live mail

I have just purchased Acronis True Image 2015, a backup service software, and to receive email notification alerts about ongoing backups I need windows live mail information I can't find.

I am posting, with this thread, 3 .png images to show the way it is with this problem.

The first image is the Acronis True Image 2015 "Notifications" page that I need to fill in to receive email notification alerts about current backups.

The second image is an image I found through an online search that shows a "Properties">servers dialogue box for Windows Essentials 2012, I'm guessing, because the in app image references are the same as what are in my windows live mail. This dialogue box seems to have all the information I need, but...

The third image shows my own windows live mail account "Properties">server box, and it shows none of the needed information that is shown in the dialogue box found online.

I do not even know if my mailbox is POP or IMAP. Where do I access these settings and the settings needed for Acronis Backup's form page?
