Solved Flash Not Working in Firefox

When I go to a site such as YouTube and click on the arrow to play the video nothing plays, it just shows a blank white spot. Sometimes FF also gets all wonky when I try to play a video. I disabled Flashblock but flash still isn't working. My FF is up to date with the latest version.

What about Flash Player add-on, is it up to date and set to "Always activate?

Up to date and set to always activate. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still doesn't work.

I reset Firefox and it's working now. Kind of a PITA because it removes all your plugins and addon's but at least it worked.

EDIT: Hmmm. Well maybe this was a good thing. One of my favorite addon's that hasn't worked for a while because FF said it wasn't compatible with the new versions is now working. Pages are also loading faster. So maybe doing a occasional reset might be good maintenance.

Could also been an extension or theme you used before. Want to put them back on, do one at a time, check and see if one of them was causing your issue possibly. Firefox is updates so often and will check your plug ins and extension when it updates for compatibility and updates when applying the update. Many experience this issue lately too.

FYI, right click on the Title of the FF browser, select Menu. From the Menu, select Tools->Setup Synch then setup an account so that any add-ons, bookmarks, settings will be sync back automatically in case you have to re-install Firefox or installing Firefox in another PC.
