Solved pages keep jumping around

hello, hope i have put this in the correct department. i have windows 7 32bit upgraded to 64bit windows 8.1.
this isuue has been with me before i upgraded, its 5 weeks old and never done it before...i open google chrome and one minute im on twitter next it jumps back a page, or jumps to another website, i downloaded firefox and it happens but not as much as google chrome, really want it to go away and to stop this full stop..... is there a reason for this?
i have done full scans in safemode and catching nothing, don't no were to go now, hoping someone has the answer for me, i thought upgrading to windows 8.1 would of stop this but it hasnt.

Does it happen in safe mode with network support?

I would run a full MBAM scan in normal mode.

i done all the MBAM scans in safe mode and normal mode, results are all 0
never happened before, just the last 4-5 weeks

I never got exactly the behavior you describe on my Laptop. But I did get the cursor jumping all over as I typed. On my Toshiba pressing F9 turns off touchpad while typing. Perhaps there's a similar key or setting on your machine.
