unable to connect to one particular website using Windows 8.1 with IE11 or Google Chrome.
Always get message...."This page can't bedisplayed", then when I check box to fix connection problem
a dialog box displays message, "The remotedevice or resource won't accept the connection...
xxx(web site) is not set up to acceptconnections on port 'The World Wide Web Service HTTP'."
Please note there are no problems using IE11or Google Chrome in connecting to any other site(s) or exploring the internet. I do not have any 3rd party antivirus or malware protection.
Have tried many different suggestion found in searching the web but no luck yet.
Any Ideas?
