ok so when i open the mail app,it works fine but when i move mouse into top right corner and click on the X it closes to a blank blue screen.

how can i make it close and go to the start screen again or even to my open browser ?

i don't want it going to a blank blue screen - i then have to hit windows key and select desktop to get me back to where i want to be .

weird thing is , if i use the News or Sport app and do exactlly the same thing (clicking top right X) they close to the start screen which is what i want .

thanks

dan

Do you have a second monitor hooked up? The blue blank screen is usually because the Start Screen is active on the other screen than the one the Mail or other app was in when you closed it. Clicking on the blank screen causes the Start Menu to move to the monitor you are using.
