    Thanks all of you guys for helping me. I could never fix my problem by my self.
    The problem was from my modem. I will buy a new modem this weekend.

    Windows 8.1

    The problem was from my modem. It automatically restarted it self every 4 or 5 minutes. But since I was using download manager for downloading my files, I couldn't notice that. Maybe windows mail program is more sensitive than all of my email apps. by the way I didn't have any problem with my friend's wireless modem.

Importing .contacts files into Windows 8 Mail
Converting from Windows Mail in a Vista PC to Windows 8 Mail (part of Windows Essentials). My contacts in Windows Vista are files with .contact extension. Looks like import to Win 8 mail is limited to .csv .wab .vcf type files. Is there a way to import the .contact files? Thanks.
