Can I replace Bing with Google search on the IE app?

I would like to replace Bing search and use Google search when I open the IE app in Windows 8.1. Is this possible?

This is my current home page on internet explorer (see the Bing search bar). What I want, is to keep it, but have a Google search bar instead of the Bing search bar. Is this possible?

BTW, I added Google in "Manage Add-ons" and deleted Bing, but I still get the screen shown in the link at the top of my post.
