Solved Chrome app launcher

Hi, Can anyone please help, I'm trying to remove/delete the " Chrome app launcher ".

Iv'e goggled it and have tried everything that I've read about deleting the app launcher,but with no joy ,its still there.

Gone to chrome flags disabled app launcher its still there
Gone to several files that are supposed to show it but they do not .

I'M RUNNING WINDOWS 8.1 32 BIT

Hi Edwin, Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately the app launcher is not in the bookmarks bar.
Any other thoughts
