How-to Clear This Dialog ?

Some Add-Ons has been Delete from My PC But Manage Add-Ons Dialog in IE Not Update. Some Add-Ons Showing Not Available

tools -> internet options -> advanced -> security -> uncheck enable enhanced protected mode.

Please note though that the EEP mode helps to combat malware and other attacks (such as forced added on toolbars etc )

This should allow you to run incompatible addons though as you like.
