Solved Firefox almost unusable after update 1.
Keep getting the dreaded "shockwave may have crashed" etc on several sites ever since installing the update. Got it perhaps once a month or so before the update, now it's all day every day.
I am so fed up it's beyond words.

Look for an add-on called Classic Theme Restorer, it's excellent and will give you back the old look while keeping the added security of this build. Maybe Flash is out of date? Check all add-ons to see they are up to date.

An update to flash 14. beta seems to have greatly alleviated the issues.
