My email is roadrunner. Sometimes my mail does not download to my Outlook. Couldn't figure out why. Then I discovered if I click on "work offline" an X comes on my Outlook icon, I click it again and the x disappears and my mail downloads.
Why do I have to do this? I never had to before. this is new to me. Is it a setting i can change?
