about 3 hours ago the power went out for less that 1 minute. after getting the computer to restart, which took
restarting it twice because it non-stop wanted to update over and over again. now the computer is working
fine but when I click on email all I get is a white screen. to get back to the internet I need to go to the charms
and click on start.
