New to outlook.com and have questions .

I have 3 mail addresses , netzero, gmail and comcast mail ( use outlook 2003 from comcast, others I use webmail )

I would like to setup my Windows Tablet to receive and send email from these three to save time when I am travelling but still leave the messages in their respective servers so I can manage them.

My questions are :

a) By default does outlook.com leave the messages in the server or must I do this manually in advance settings?

b) Are the emails automatically downloaded into outlook.com ? I would hate to clog up the inbox because I dont use the Tablet all the time .

c) Is there an option to fetch emails only on demand?
